Job Summary

A hybrid cloud data services and data management company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Attorney.

Must be able to:

• Review, draft, and negotiate cloud customer/partner agreements with prospective customers/partners
• Serve as a trusted partner and provide actionable guidance/advice to business customers
• Provide legal advice to teams from engineering, product management, and marketing

Qualifications Include:

• At least five years of attorney-level experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Admitted to the bar in position location and in good standing to practice law
• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex customer and partner agreements
• Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to cloud services providers
• JD and membership in good standing of at least one state bar and qualified to practice law in your state
• Admitted to the bar in position location and in good standing to practice law
