Job Summary
A mortgage lender and financer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Closing Training File Reviewer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Review trainee files (Initial CDs, Final CDs, Funding, Closing Assistants)
- Provide feedback along with screen shots to direct the trainee
- Update Trainee folder with reviews
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalency degree
- Solid knowledge of Closing and TRID
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service - HR preferred
- Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service best practices
- Basic knowledge of training processes & procedures, industry trends, standards & best practices & employment laws & regulations
- Basic knowledge and understanding of current business acumen
