Job Summary
Staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Corporate Coding Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison across multiple hospital departments and corporate coders
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work will with all levels of leadership and a wide-range of diverse staff to ensure coding quality, productivity, ICD-10 and dual coding training, and standards are being met and/or exceed expectations.
Required Skills:
- RHIA, RHIT or CCS with AHIMA ICD-10 Trainer
- 5+ years of coding experience with a minimum of 3 years of HIM Management experience
- Proven leadership skills
