Job Summary
A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Coding Quality Auditor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create clear and accurate audit findings
- Understand, interpret and apply coding guidelines
- Assist with DRG denials from payers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates degree in relevant field preferred or combination of equivalent education and experience
- Five (5) years of progressive coding experience in an acute care setting
- American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) certification required such as RHIA, RHIT or CCS
