Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partners closely with HR Business Partners on business related needs
- Supports broad-based compensation programs
- Completes market analysis, job evaluations, and internal leveling of new and revised positions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially
- Ability to self-manage time and priorities and work in a virtual / remote environment
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 2+ years of industry/job specific experience
