Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Compliance and Assurance Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with the development, implementation and execution of all aspects of the company’s Compliance Program
  • Directing methods to improve efficiency and quality of services to reduce the company’s vulnerability to fraud and abuse
  • Developing, coordinating and participating in training programs that focus on the Compliance Program

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in health care management, clinical profession, or related field
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a health care setting
  • Experience in Corporate Compliance and Quality Improvement in a health care
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in performance improvement in the health care setting.
  • Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skill to better serve patients and staff
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
