Job Summary
A consulting and services firm specializing in legal operations is seeking a Remote Corporate Compliance and Governance Attorney .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing Board minutes and drafting resolutions
- Reviewing equity related documentation
- Assisting with M&A, HR, or other matters at the discretion of the GC
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience supporting a Board of Directors, preparing resolutions, minutes, and other documents
- 5 years of experience handling a wide variety of corporate matters
- Excellent communication skills
