A legal consulting and staffing firm is in need of a Remote Corporate Consulting Attorney in Miami.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Representing publicly-traded and significant privately-held companies in complex corporate matters
• Working on mergers and acquisitions
• Working on other assigned tasks

Required Skills:

• 5+ years corporate experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Licensed in FL or eligible to immediately waive in
• Prior experience as an associate or counsel in the corporate practice group
