Job Summary

A company that provides customer experience outsourcing services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Contracts Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements (both client and vendor contracts)
• Perform risk assessment related to commercial terms, identifying and vetting high-risk matters
• Facilitate approval and execution of commercial agreements

Required Skills:

• Must have a JD from a US-Accredited University and license to practice law in a US jurisdiction
• 7 years of directly related work experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment
• Experience structuring, drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts required
• Superior judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to constructively engage business teams and win confidence as a trusted advisor
