Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Controller.
Must be able to:
- Manage financial reporting systems and monthly close processes
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, bank representatives, and other professional services consultants
- Work with senior management to create/monitor annual operating plans and budgets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- CPA or work towards CPA preferred
- Proven working experience as a Controller with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting, including revenue recognition and the convergence of IFRS
- Ability to work closely with a senior management team
