Job Summary
An analytics consulting company is seeking a Remote Corporate Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Advise the business team on the various legal issues and risks, business strategies, complex deal structures, approval processes, etc
- Draft and negotiate varied and complex licensing agreements for software licensing
- Interact with and provide legal advice to solution architects, sales department, and product managers on a day-to-day basis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 4-6 Years Experience from a combination of private practice and in-house roles
- Familiarity with U.S. and EU data privacy laws
