Job Summary
has an open position for a Remote Corporate Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with various stakeholders in the company to help drive business outcomes
- Provide legal support to our sales & partnership teams on a broad range of commercial agreements
- Participate in end-to-end contract support (i.e., advising, drafting, negotiating and readying for execution) for vendor transactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- JD from from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiating and drafting skills on financial/commercial transactions
- Active member of a recognized state bar in the United States
