Job Summary

A software development and cybersecurity company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and improving processes and policies
  • Supporting our product counsels with product development matters
  • Providing support to the SVP, Legal on corporate and general legal matters

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and active NY Bar membership
  • 5-7 years of post JD experience advising technology companies
  • A bias for closing deals and finding pragmatic solutions to any issues you encounter
  • Experience supporting sales teams and negotiating technology transactions with Fortune 500 customers
