Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Gaining hands-on experience within a growing and ambitious legal department
- Providing highly effective legal solutions that support with Kate Farms’ culture and mission
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school licensed to practice in at least one state
- 2 to 4 years relevant in-house or law firm experience
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and interpersonal communication skills
