Job Summary

A global outsourced go-to-market services provider is in need of a Remote Corporate Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Draft, review and negotiate a high volume of complex commercial agreements
  • Identify and analyze risks in both routine and ambiguous, unique and complex solutions
  • Create practical, creative solutions to business issues

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience
  • License to practice law in the United States
  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Responsive and service-oriented with a practical, solutions-minded approach
