Job Summary
A population genomics company is in need of a Remote Corporate Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the legal team with daily corporate and transactional tasks
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts
- Providing contract lifecycle management support utilizing a variety of tools
Position Requirements Include:
- U.S. law degree and an active member in good standing of the California Bar
- At least 3+ years of transactions experience, ideally with national law firm experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task amid evolving business needs and priorities
