An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling and prioritizing a high and diverse volume of contractual and other legal matters
  • Interpreting and explaining contractual terms and conditions and legal principles
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
