Remote Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and drafting SEC filings
• Advising and driving process on all legal aspects of strategic and corporate finance transactions
• Supporting executive, director and equity compensation program design, implementation and administration

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of general corporate experience
• Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Interest in being a true partner to our business stakeholders and learning about the ins and outs of our business and the industry in which we operate
• Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
