Remote Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Corporate Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Draft internal and external legal policies for the company
• Draft and negotiate complex and high-profile agreements with game studios, blockchain partners, vendors, and more
• Collaborate with executives to understand any legal risks and or concerns on technology products

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Juris Doctor, admission to the state bar where you reside and strong academic credentials are required
• 2+ years of experience working in-house
• Deep contracts and policy experience
• Working knowledge of KYC, AML, and various state MTL requirements
• Prior success establishing and maintaining in-house legal documents systematically
