Remote Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assess changes to laws, regulations and public policy matters, especially those related to healthcare and health insurance
• Work cross functionally with Sales, Product and Client Success teams and provide timely and critical guidance to support critical operations
• Cultivate trusted relationships with cross functional partners and be a team player

Qualifications Include:

• 2-4 years experience at a major law firm or in-house at a scaling start-up
• Excited about working in a startup environment and taking on outsized responsibility at an early-stage company
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision in fast-changing environments
• Intellectual curiosity
• Growth mindset with a willingness to not only learn, but also teach, lead, and follow
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
