A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Counsel Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and updating internal and external-facing policies and procedures
- Managing relationship with outside counsel
- Drafting and negotiating agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years working within, or with clients in, the healthcare industry
- 6+ years of legal experience
- J.D. degree from a U.S. accredited law school required
- Experience drafting and negotiating agreements
