Job Summary
A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is in need of a Remote Corporate Culture Program Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with the management of company’s non-profit partner, including oversight of local Chapters, fundraising programs, grant approval processes and related inquiries/communications
- Creating and executing on campaigns and contests to keep employees and donors engaged
- Helping develop programs and activities for company’s Culture Committees to roll out in their locations worldwide, understanding cultural and regional nuances and interests
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years’ experience (or educational equivalent) in employee engagement/philanthropy or similar field—non-profit work experience preferred
- Familiarity with computer software and social media platforms
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demosntrated excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams at varying levels and from various regions
- Ability to research/stay informed on CSR initiatives and nonprofit activities including competitive analysis, awards and certifications (e.g. MBE certification)
- Ability to develop, maintain and expand CSR programs which includes creating annual impact reports, compiling data and project managing the annual survey process
