A legal staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Data Room Associate Attorney in Pittsburgh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understand a large acquisition and which document are needed to be in which room
- Apply corporate space and legal technology expertise
- Provide excellent proofreading and administrative skills
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with legal technology in the corporate space - e-dat a room
- Be detail oriented and can work independently
- Entry attorneys with corporate internships will be welcome
