Job Summary

A healthcare provider has a current position open for a Remote Corporate Development Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities, and present findings, potential risks, and investment thesis
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution & deal closing process with Director of Corporate Development & internal stakeholders
• Prepare investor and Board communications, including but not limited to deal diligence memos and closing notices

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity
• Excitement and passion for revolutionizing the mental healthcare industry
• Advanced technical skills, as well as superior verbal and written communication skills
