Remote Corporate Development and Investor Relations Analyst

Job Summary

An education company is seeking a Remote Corporate Development and Investor Relations Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Analyze new market opportunities
• Identify and develop potential acquisition candidates based on defined strategic criteria
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and coordinate due diligence efforts

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (e.g., M&A, due diligence, or capital raises)
• Background in venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or consulting
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting
• Experience working in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
• Experience working directly with C-level executives
