Job Summary
A technology leader is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Development and Venture Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading valuation of potential M&A targets using traditional valuation methodologies
- Executing venture investment activities with business, advanced technology and geographic leaders
- Collaborating with the Business Units to prepare Executive and Board review materials for transaction approvals
Position Requirements Include:
- B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting or related business field required
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Preferred 5-8 years of combined experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Corporate Development
