An internet service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Development Director .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Source potential partnerships by developing strong relationships within the sector
• Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies and associated sectors
• Help manage investment processes

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or private equity
• Advanced excel modeling skills
• Strong understanding of the broadband sector and broader internet ecosystem
• Deep understanding of the broadband sector and broader internet ecosystem
• Significant experience building partnership structures, negotiating partnerships and transactions, and managing executive-level relationships
• Excellent presentation skills
