Job Summary
A financial software developer has a current position open for a Remote Corporate Development Director.
Must be able to:
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities
- Develop medium and long-term growth strategies, align to business objectives, and ensure goals are aligned
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and financial models when reviewing opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of SaaS/B2B Corp Development Experience
- Proven experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital/private equity, or corporate strategy
- Experience building out complex processes and analysis with ease to other departments
- Ability to manage complex M&A and other transactions
- Must have experience working on several transactions, from start to finish, on either a banking or corporate development side
