Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Corporate Development Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving continuous improvements
- Leading global subsidiary governance and expansion
- Supporting initiatives and functions
Position Requirements Include:
- Membership in at least 1 U.S. State Bar (preferably CA), with good standing
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent)
- 6+ years of major law firm and/or in-house at a public company
- A growth mindset with flexibility and desire to work on a variety of legal matters
