Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Development Senior Technical Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working directly with the Head of Corporate Development in the development of strategic plans and execution of key strategic initiatives
  • Assisting in developing an investment funnel for the company Apps Fund and executing on investments
  • Researching and analyzing high priority strategic markets

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or transaction services
  • Superior quantitative and analytical skills with financial modelling experience
  • Experience preparing board and executive level strategic, operational and financial presentations
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Gsuite
  • Technical acumen and understanding of software and the tech industry
