A full-service business law firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Emerging Companies Corporate Paralegal .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting client interviews and maintain general contact with the client
- Locating and interviewing witnesses.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and pleadings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- HNC/HND or foundation degree in law, legal studies or paralegal practice
- Significant experience assisting with both Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital transactions
- A legal secretary certificate or diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
