Job Summary
An automotive company is in need of a Remote Corporate Finance Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting investment activity, compliance and corporate governance
- Drafting and negotiating banking and finance agreements
- Supporting Tax, Treasury and Accounting with restructuring, financing and banking transactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Law degree from an accredited law school with excellent academics
- Active license to practice law in Michigan, New York, or another US jurisdiction
- A minimum of three - five years of legal experience as a practicing attorney
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, gain credibility and partner with stakeholders within Legal and across the organization
- Know the customers they serve, the competitors, suppliers, and the regulatory environment and how to address them
