Job Summary
A bank is in need of a Remote Corporate Finance Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Originating, structuring and executing commercial syndicated transactions.
- Developing new business pitches for customers and prospects
- Developing investor base for commercial syndications
Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years in syndications, capital markets, corporate finance, investment banking, lending or credit roles
- 10+ years of overall banking experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong negotiation skills
