Job Summary

A Financial technology company is filling a position for a Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Administering a metric-driven business review process to drive accountability and observability on business performance.
• Consolidating the Strategic / Long-term planning financials and metrics at Paxos and coordinate with the business line fp&a leaders
• Helping coordinate the product of our Board of Director materials on a quarterly basis.

Position Requirements Include:

• 2-5 years of experience working in Financial Planning & Analysis + Management Reporting
• Excellent program management and modeling skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex new technologies and processes
• Comfort working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groups
