Job Summary
A professional services company is in need of a Remote Corporate Full Cycle Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Manage the recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, scheduling interviews
- Assist in performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate websites, job boards, and hiring events
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of Technical Recruiting Experience
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office Products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
