Job Summary

A professional services company is in need of a Remote Corporate Full Cycle Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, scheduling interviews
• Assist in performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate websites, job boards, and hiring events

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of 5 years of Technical Recruiting Experience
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office Products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands on experience with recruiting software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
