Job Summary
A game development company is seeking a Remote Corporate Game Development and Investments Director.
Must be able to:
- Conduct rigorous financial modeling to evaluate target company based on various business scenarios
- Conduct valuation work to assess attractiveness or proposed target company including payback period and ROI analysis
- Support on-the-ground ideation and sourcing of investment opportunities that align with the corporate development strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in reviewing and drafting IOIs, terms sheets and other forms of M&A related legal documentation
- Experience analyzing and presenting industry trends in emerging technology
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or venture capital and corporate development experience
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation and financial analytics
- Strong communication skills in managing expectation and communication
