Job Summary

A game development company is seeking a Remote Corporate Game Development and Investments Director.

Must be able to:

• Conduct rigorous financial modeling to evaluate target company based on various business scenarios
• Conduct valuation work to assess attractiveness or proposed target company including payback period and ROI analysis
• Support on-the-ground ideation and sourcing of investment opportunities that align with the corporate development strategy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience in reviewing and drafting IOIs, terms sheets and other forms of M&A related legal documentation
• Experience analyzing and presenting industry trends in emerging technology
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or venture capital and corporate development experience
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation and financial analytics
• Strong communication skills in managing expectation and communication
