Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Governance and Compliance Director.

Must be able to:

• Determine required learning and development outcomes for the team
• Provide guidance in the creation of development plans
• Monitor ongoing progress and provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to ensure growth

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 10 years experience in a compliance function in the insurance, banking, or finance industry,
• 3 years experience managing and developing a team, or the equivalent combination and/or relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
