Job Summary

An electronic components retailer is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Immigration Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing counsel on an array of immigration law issues across the U.S. as well as matters respecting foreign immigration legal concerns
• Coordinating with external counsel to ensure timely compliance with legal deadlines and reporting requirements
• Managing budget and monitoring applicable analytics

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 6 years of U.S. business immigration law experience (with top law firm or multinational corporation)
• Impeccable business and risk management judgment and ethics
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
