Job Summary
A network and IT security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Income Tax and Provision Manager or Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Support the monthly and quarterly close process
- Assist with preparation of US GAAP/IFRS income tax accounting models
- Assist with managing income tax audits and notices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA (active or inactive)
- 4-6 years in a large corporate tax environment in industry and/or Big 4
- Experience in Federal and Multistate corporate income tax compliance
- Hands on Experience with ASC 740 and IFRS
- Ability to explain complex tax concepts and suggestions to a non-tax technical audience
