Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate IT Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing all IT Service Desk Incidents and Service Requests, ensuring issues are logged
- Owning customer technical issues from initial report to resolution
- Providing technical support to all colleagues, resolving issues at first point of contact where possible
Qualifications for this position include:
- Up to 25% travel, some international (Canada)
- Bachelor's Degree or related Technical training
- 2 to 3 years of technical support and troubleshooting related experience
- An ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment
- Strong ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
