Job Summary
A business process management and technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Learning and Development Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating project kickoffs and milestone meetings with Business Stakeholders
- Providing effective project intake and management with development of project plans
- Balancing the workload of multiple L&D Projects per the agreed upon timelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum three (3) years of people management experience
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Corporate Learning & Development, facilitation, design, development, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, PowerPoint Skills, Excel Skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key business leaders
