Job Summary

A cybersecurity software company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Legal Affairs Attorney Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support in a primary or secondary capacity the full array of corporate legal needs
• Provide legal advice

Position Requirements Include:

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and are a member in good standing of a U.S. State bar.
• 15 years practicing experience in corporate law
• History working effectively with executive management and other business leaders and global teams
• History of leading large complex projects of significant scope, scale and speed
• Detail oriented yet a creative and strategic thinker who has excellent business sense and judgment
• Practical problem-solver who is confident, mature, flexible, and calm under pressure and can work independently
