Job Summary
A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Mergers Acquisitions and Securities Deputy General Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Lead all areas related to the company’s securities law matters and related compliance, including IPO readiness
- Prepare, review and manage SEC filings
- Provide legal oversight of quarterly earnings and investor relations related disclosures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 12+ years of total legal experience at a top tier law firm and in-house legal department
- Broad corporate legal experience leading teams managing corporate governance, securities law compliance, and M&A matters
- Experience taking a company through IPO
- J.D. (or foreign equivalent) with membership in at least one U.S. state bar
