Job Summary
A pioneer in end-of-life information technology asset management programs is in need of a Remote Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Business Development Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and sourcing new deal flow opportunities to expand the M&A deal pipeline
- Executing on deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and integration efforts
- Supporting the development of short and long-range business forecasts and marketing plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current buyside M&A experience in business development
- Profitable track record of 10+ acquisitions with integration into companies you worked for
- Demonstrated history of sound leadership and decision-making skills
- Assertive, creative, thoughtful and persuasive negotiating abilities
- Acute business intuition, and ability to perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis
- Comfortable with business case development, including dilution, depreciation, and closure processes
