Job Summary

A computer recycling company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Business Development Vice President.

Must be able to:

• Execute on deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and integration efforts
• Support the development of short and long-range business forecasts and marketing plans
• Build and lead a net new team to research and source new deal flow opportunities through acquisitions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years of experience building and leading a team for acquisitions & integration
• Profitable track record of 5+ years of sourcing and closing acquisitions with integration
• Assertive, creative, thoughtful and persuasive negotiating abilities
• Demonstrated history of sound leadership and decision-making skills
• Acute business intuition, and ability to perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis
• Comfortable collaborating with teams and clients to solve problems
