Job Summary
A software-enabled medical practice is in need of a Remote Corporate Mergers and Aquisitions Assistant General Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as lead counsel on complex strategic transactions and M&A
- Develop M&A process/playbook
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Graduate of an accredited law school (JD) and bar admission in good standing in one or more states
- 8-12 years of experience practicing law with a combination of law firm and in-house experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Passion for healthcare
