Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Remote Corporate Paralegal.
Must be able to:
- Manage Legal Administrative services balancing existing priorities with new, emerging areas of focus
- Liaise with Legal department on planning responsibilities
- Partner effectively with Executives and other team members throughout the company
Qualifications for this position include:
- Familiarity with federal, state, and county forms regarding corporations and partnerships and the filing procedures
- 3-5 years working as a Paralegal, or equivalent law school education
- Familiarity with the Corporations Code
- Demonstrates an enthusiasm for learning new technologies, tools, and procedures to address short term and long-term challenges
- Working knowledge of profit sharing & pension plans, stock options, deferred compensation, incentive compensation plans & insurance
