Aa legal staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Corporate Paralegal.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working on acquisition and restructuring projects
  • Assisting with legal onboarding and integration of newly acquired entities
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing factual information and documents

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Proficiency with Diligent software
  • Bachelor's degree required and two (2) years'+ experience with international entity/subsidiary management
  • Paralegal Certification from an American Bar Association approved program
