A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Paralegal in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing contracts and deal agreements with vendors, sellers, suppliers and manufacturers
- Completing any other assigned tasks

- Able to attend meetings on site in their San Francisco offices as required
- 2+ years experience working as a paralegal in a corporate environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
