Job Summary

A business solutions and payment processing software developer is seeking a Remote Corporate Payments Paralegal.

Must be able to:

  • Draft and revise commercial contracts
  • Review customer requested changes to the contracts
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation, review and execution of various transaction documents

Required Skills:

  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited paralegal program
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Finance, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of paralegal or equivalent experience with commercial contracts and transactional matters
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and DocuSign
  • Demonstrated ability to learn IT applications and systems
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
